With the Customer Support Service at Equilab you will access a personalised service by which you may obtain information, assesment, quotations, and a quick order processing. The delivery of our stock products is generally within 24h, using our standard courier service, or you may collect your goods in our premises in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid, Spain, using your own transport service.

It is not only the technical staff reparing the unit, but the whole team at Equilab works together to produce an effective solution, including in some cases to contact directly with the manufacturer to sort out those issues that go beyond usual breakdowns.
